•  28 day written notice required for deposit refund...but if stay is shortened or canceled less than 28 days prior to arrival, we will try to re-rent your room for the full number of days cancelled and refund the amount, less administratable charges

• Children under 12 years old sharing facilities with parents: FREE - maximum 2 children
